The park publishes three new preliminary consultations to the market in its Public Procurement of Innovation (PPI) project, focused on digitalization and smart site management
Sevilla TechPark, part of the Regional Ministry of University, Research and Innovation, continues to make progress in the global Public Procurement of Innovation (PPI) project to implement measures aimed at making the park a decarbonized, sustainable and energy self-sufficient site, in line with the objectives of the eCitySevilla initiative. The technology park has published today three new preliminary consultations to the market, focused on smart digitization of the park: digital infrastructure, data platform and event management system, emergencies and security with digital twin.
The purpose of the preliminary market consultations is to open up the participation of private companies, specialized in different sectors, in future public bidding procedures. Thus, companies that wish to do so can make their proposals for the implementation of these measures, so that the contracting body (in this case, the management company of Sevilla TechPark) can take it into account in the public tender.
With the implementation of the 12 lines contemplated in the CPI process (to which the Regional Ministry has allocated a total of 19.8 million euros, through the Andalusia ERDF Program 2021-2027), Seville TechPark will become an urban laboratory of reference, testing products or services that do not yet exist in the market, which can be extrapolated to other urban environments.
The preliminary market consultations published today total a budget of €3.88 million and have as their common focus the improvement of operational efficiency, safety and sustainability of the park through the use of advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, 5G and cloud computing.
One of the three lines launched proposes the implementation of an event, emergency and security management system through a digital twin and area protection. A digital twin is the virtual representation of an object to which real-time data is incorporated, which can be captured by sensors or data analysis technologies. This system would make it possible to simulate scenarios, anticipate risks and automate responses to, for example, large crowds of people, thanks to the use of advanced computing, 5G networks and artificial intelligence tools. The budget allocated to this line is €660,000.
The second of the preliminary market consultations refers to the development of an interoperable and scalable digital infrastructure that will enable the active and continuous management of the park. This infrastructure should facilitate collaboration between entities, promote environmental respect and provide intelligence to the buildings, integrating sensors, communication networks and real-time analysis platforms. The amount allocated to this challenge is €2,160,000.
The last of the lines published today focuses on the need to create a control room based on an open data platform, accessible to the park's companies. This platform should make it possible to visualize and analyze data in real time, facilitating strategic and operational decision-making. This is a commitment to transparency, interoperability and the use of artificial intelligence to optimize the park's resources. This line has a budget of €1,060,000.

APTENISA LAUNCH
Accelerator program designed to assist in the initial phase of the start-up project and prepare them for market launch.
42 startups will be accompanied by the 9 participating parks, whose trained staff will be able to participate along with the external support and coordination of the coordinating tractor park (La Salle Technova Barcelona).
This is a complete immersive program to promote the creation of science-technology based companies and Deep Tech, by boosting high-impact entrepreneurship, generating qualified employment and creating highly innovative Deep tech companies and spin-offs that can achieve success in the market.
It is based on the Lean Launchpad method, developed at the universities of California and Stanford, pioneers of scientific-technological entrepreneurship, to help step by step in business development: from the initial idea to the constitution of the company, validation of the business model and customer development through interviews with the market.
The program provides all the resources and knowledge necessary to move from an initial startup to a company ready to operate with high scalability projections, with tailored advice for each project in key areas for startups: how to interview clients, industrial and intellectual property, legal aspects and basic financial concepts to create a company.
Its duration is 10 weeks, with more than 20 sessions divided into conferences and six workshops, carried out in online format, between the months of October 2025 and February 2026. A minimum of 160h in total, plus individual mentoring sessions and personalized advice.
The program will have a wide network of mentors with entrepreneurial experience in all sectors at the disposal of the entrepreneurs with profiles adapted to the participating projects.
The program ends with a pitch of the participants to Business Angels, seed investors and facilitators. In this, the validated teams will be able to present their projects with a final DEMODAY at the Transfiere event , European Forum for Science, Technology and Innovation, which takes place in March 2026. This is a great opportunity to get feedback in a multiplier environment to close the program and open a new promising stage for the projects.
APTENISA INVESTMENT READINESS
Special training to prepare a selection of 30 startups, the most investment-ready, to be able to present themselves to investors in investment forums or demodays. These startups may come from APTenisa Launch, previous editions of APTenisa, collaborating science and technology parks or programs promoted by ENISA.
Through a combination of hands-on training and personalized coaching from experts, participating startups will improve their pitch, strategy and readiness to participate in key events in the investment ecosystem.
The program will be structured in four modules and will include both group sessions and individual clinics to address specific needs of each project.
