La Fundación Tres Culturas del Mediterráneo despedirá el verano con proyecciones de cine y un concierto al aire libre, en los Jardines Andalusíes del Pabellón Hassan II, sede de esta institución.
La apuesta cinematográfica se centrará en una muestra realizada en colaboración con el Festival de Cine Chipriota y Griego, un certamen que nació en 2018 y del que se exhibirán cuatro cortos, un mediometraje y tres largos desde el 15 al 17 de septiembre. Además, en la sesión inicial contaremos con la intervención de Anna Éllina y Constantinos Kontonikolas, la fundadora y directora del festival, y su director artístico, respectivamente.
La cartelera de dicha jornada inaugural estará compuesta por los filmes ‘Dracaena’ y ‘La odisea de Vasi’, a los que seguirán el día 16 tres títulos más: ‘Equipaje perdido’, ‘Taxi’ y ‘Pequeños sobres blancos’. El ciclo concluirá, el miércoles 17, con las cintas ‘El tornado fuera’, ‘El aeropuerto’ y ‘Amanece en Kimmeria’.
Todas las proyecciones comenzarán a partir de las 20.30, si bien (al tratarse de cine de verano) la hora exacta dependerá de la caída del sol. Las invitaciones son gratuitas y se pueden obtener a través de la página web de la Fundación (www.tresculturas.org).

This immersive program provides children ages 3 to 12 with a unique learning experience that combines science, art and space exploration, fostering creativity and critical thinking through group dynamics, workshops and cultural excursions.
Each week of the camp will focus on a different theme, ensuring variety and constant learning. Thus, the following thematic blocks will be addressed: Exploration of the universe, with astronomy and space geometry workshops; Art and the cosmos with dynamics of artistic creation inspired by space; and Your garden in space, exploring botany and sustainability in the space context, among other contents.
Likewise, in 'EUREKA, School of Astronauts' attendees can enjoy gymkhanas and escape romos, with games to develop problem-solving skills; daily scientific experiments, adapted to each age group; cultural excursions, with visits to the CAAC, CaixaForum and other spaces; and mindfulness and yoga workshops to promote concentration and wellbeing.
Isla Mágica has already inaugurated its 28th season with exciting new features. One of the main ones is the "Enigmas" show, which will take place in the park's lake. This show promises to combine special effects, audiovisuals and fireworks to captivate the audience at nightfall. In addition, two new productions will premiere in the 4D cinema: "Azteca", a virtual flight over the jungle, and "Peter Pan", which will take spectators to Neverland.
The IAPH opens a new exhibition hall in the former Cloister of Legos of the Cartuja Monastery. A unique space in Andalusia for the projection of the cultural heritage of the region, with a project by the architect Francisco Reina, which involves the recovery of an area that was left unfinished in the rehabilitation that was already carried out in the set in the nineties on the occasion of Expo 92. The exhibition space occupies a new pavilion with state-of-the-art equipment for the display of cultural assets and to house activities for the dissemination and popularization of Andalusian heritage.
The inauguration of this new exhibition hall coincides with the opening to the public of the first exhibition of a restored piece, the Sargas by the painter Gustavo Bacarisas, of which number 3 is on display, representing the landing of Christopher Columbus on the island of San Salvador on October 12, 1492.
